I have my caterpillar story that I will bring. I want to come. I have Zumba class from 9-10AM so, I may be a little late. I need the workout for my heart healthy goals.

I have joined a Men's group that meets in the same time slot. I have found the njcw meetings very beneficial, but for now I am led to be in the men's group.
Nancy has a Tres Dias meeting again tomorrow.
